The founder
I built this from nothing. Now I help others build too.
I did not start Digital Drips with a big team, a perfect tech background or someone opening doors. Times got tough, income stopped, and I was at home working out what to do next. So I learned, tested, failed, rebuilt and kept going until ideas turned into real websites, platforms and systems. CiaraLink, Mirey and The Study Brief are three of them, built by me from the first sketch to the database, the payments and the app stores.
That is why this is personal. I know what it feels like to have an idea and not know where to start. Bring me the idea, even if it sounds crazy. We map it properly, make it make sense, and build the first version together. You brief me, I scope it, quote it in writing, design it, build it, put it live and stay on the line after. No account manager in between. Clear communication throughout the project.

Prefer monthly payments? Ask about a website plan.
Built up front with no deposit. Hosting, support and changes all inside the one monthly figure. Twelve month minimum, then month to month, and you can buy the code outright after month 12 at a number agreed the day you sign, not one invented later.
How the money works: 50% on kick-off, 50% on delivery, Net 14. Code and infrastructure transfer into your name on final payment. Hosting is included in monthly care and website plans. Hosting outside those plans, domain, AI model and telephony usage, and stock photography are billed separately at cost and never marked up. Every figure is a written quote in AUD excluding GST, before you commit to anything.

How much will my project cost?
Pricing depends on the scope. We first discuss what you need, then provide a written quote covering the work, cost and proposed timeline. Nothing starts until you agree.
How long will it take?
Timing depends on the features, content and approvals your project needs. We agree on a schedule in the written quote and keep you informed if anything changes.
Who owns it at the end?
For a standalone build, the agreed code and accounts transfer to you on final payment. Monthly website plans have a separate purchase option after month 12. Ownership and any third-party licences are set out in your agreement.
What if I want to leave?
Monthly plans run month to month after the first term. Give 30 days and everything is handed over, documented, in a state another developer can pick up. No exit fee, no lock-in clause.
Can you take over a site somebody else built?
Usually yes. WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Webflow, a custom build somebody abandoned. It gets audited first, and you get an honest answer on whether it is worth fixing or whether you are paying to keep something alive that should be replaced.
What does AI actually do for my business?
It answers the calls you miss, replies to enquiries that come in at 10pm, chases the quote you forgot about, and stops you retyping the same job details into three systems. If none of those are costing you money, you do not need it, and you will be told so.
Do I have to take a monthly plan?
No. You can commission a standalone build. Ongoing care is optional. We explain the hosting, maintenance and support responsibilities before handover.
Who will I work with?
