What we collect
When you send a brief we collect your name, email, phone if you give it, business name, the service you asked for, and the details of the job. If you call, text or WhatsApp, we keep that conversation long enough to quote and deliver the work.
Why we collect it
To reply, to write a scope and a quote, to do the work you asked for, and to keep records required for tax and consumer law. We do not sell your details. We do not run ads against your brief.
Tools that see it
Email, WhatsApp and phone are how briefs arrive. Hosting and backups sit with our infrastructure providers. If a project needs Stripe, telephony, or an AI model, those providers see only what that job requires, billed at cost.
How long we keep it
Quotes and project files are kept for as long as we may need them for the job, warranty, tax or a dispute. You can ask us to delete an unused brief and we will, unless the law says we have to keep it.
Your rights
Ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold on you. Write to [email protected] or call 0429 160 126. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
